A Back Line: A Musical Improv Fri. & Sat. 7:30 pm

Join us for an exciting, improvised sensation called A Back Line, a Broadway-inspired comedy. In this show, a group of hopeful performers stand in a line, waiting for something they desire. It’s like Broadway’s A Chorus Line, but our improvisers are in a completely different kind, like grocery checkout or the post office. Through your suggestions, we explore their hopes, dreams, and the reasons behind their strong desire for this thing each night through improvised songs, stories, dance, and laughter.

Seattle Theatresports Fri. & Sat. 9:30 pm

As you enter the Gum Wall, you’ll notice a buzz of excitement in the air. Everyone here is gathered to have a good time and laugh. Families of all ages are lining up at the concession stand, where you can smell the fresh buttered popcorn, and over at the bar, they are serving icy and inexpensive drinks.

When you enter the theater, you’ll feel the music’s beat. You’re experiencing Theatresports, a high-energy improv show where teams of improv professionals create spontaneous scenes that are so hilarious, quick-witted, and perfectly constructed that it’s hard to believe they are made up on the spot.

His shows were known for introducing political and social themes to the sitcom format. So let’s work together to create a hilarious American Sitcom that will be talked about for years to come!
