The Grab Bag
SUNDAYS, 3/2-30,  3-6pm
No, it’s not a creepy carnival prize!  It’s a class especially dedicated to making you a better improviser.   Each week, improvisers show up to class to a different experienced and talented teacher, each watching you and assessing your performance.  They will focus on stage presence, stage work, characters, objectives, and all improv skills.  Feedback is direct, honest, and specifically tailored for you.

$25. 00 per 3 hour class or $100 for all 5!

Beginning of the End
TUESDAYS, 3/4-25, 7-10pm
Call me Ishmael... It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...
It can be difficult getting a scene started then having it lead to a great ending. This class will help you do just that! From improv scene work to sketch writing, the secrets of a great ending lie in the beginning!  This class ends with students showcasing what they've learned in a series of short scenes in front of a live audience!  (showcase optional 3/30)

$100 for a 4 week course includes an optional short-form showcase Sunday March 30, 8:30 at the Market Theater.

CLASS IS OPEN TO BEGINNERS AS WELL AS
FOLKS WITH SOME IMPROV CHOPS.  WE WILL
DO SOME WARM-UPS, LEARN PHYSICAL AND
MENTAL IMPROV TECHNIQUES, AND THEN DO
SOME SCENES.  EVERYONE WILL BE
ENCOURAGED TO CREATE A RANGE OF WORK,
FROM FUNNY TO SERIOUS, AND EVERYTHING
IN BETWEEN.  THE ATMOSPHERE IS FUN AND
CASUAL AND WE HAVE A BALL AT THESE
WEEKENDS. NO COMPETITIONS OR STRESS.
