"Damn! That Jeremy Richards is pretty good." "Richards excels at witty and piercing turns of phrase ... It feels like he's in the room with you, speaking his story, illuminating the enlightenment of a lurking menace." -- Utne Reader "Not to take anything away from Mos Def, but Jeremy Richards is more than pretty good, he is damn fine, super smart, and a fine dresser to boot."
In addition to performing and teaching at the Market Theater, Jeremy Richards is a poet, playwright, and a radio producer with NPR member station KUOW. His work has appeared widely, including in The Spoken Word Revolution Redux, The Poetry Foundation, McSweeney's, Eyeshot, The Morning News, Pindeldyboz, and on National Public Radio's Morning Edition and All Things Considered.
