Guy Nelson has performed in many UP shows as an actor and musician, most recently; “Build Your Own Musical”, “Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris”, and “Nietsche: The Musical”. He’s a veteran improvisor in Seattle and has also performed in Wing-It Production’s Holiday show, “Rudolph, the Next Verse”, and with local groups “The Edge”, “Off Limits”, “Yug and Asil”, and “Blood Squad”. Guy has been a featured vocal soloist with many Seattle area theatre, cabaret and church groups. He’s also an experienced composer and arranger, and as a pianist and guitarist currently heads the jazz/cabaret groups “Velveteen Lotharios” and “Blackmoor Traveling Picture Show”.
Off stage he’s a radio journalist, with his interviews, reports and commentaries heard nationally on NPR and locally on KUOW. |
